Chicken Rice and Vegetable

Nutrition valuesINGREDIENTS
100g of a chicken breast
50g of raw celery
75g of boiled carrots
125g of boiled rice
6g of a vegetable stock cube

METHOD:
Boil the rice until soft but leave in a small bag

Cook the chicken breast for 20-25 minutes in the oven.

While waiting for the rice and the chicken to cook, chop up the celery and carrots into reasonably large square.

Once you have chopped the vegetable, put in the boiling water with the rice and add the vegetable stock cube.

Once finished put on a plate and serve.
