Recipes

Chicken and Tomato Curry with Rice and Cool Salad
Mossland School

curry nutrition INGREDIENTS
2 breasts of chicken
1 tin of sliced tomatoes
A packet of rice
A touch of chilli powder
Basil
Seasoning (salt & pepper)
Lettuce
Balsamic vinegar

METHOD:
Curry
Add curry powder to the chopped chicken and mix whilst the tinned of chopped tomatoes are cooking in a pan.

The chicken should be cooking in a different pan and you should add the basil, pepper, salt and the touch of chilli powder to the tomatoes and leave the chicken and the tomatoes cooking for 30 minutes

When cooked add the tomatoes to the wonderful seasoned chicken and then cook the rice in the microwave for 20 minutes and add that too and there you have it the nicest curry ever I can guarantee.
