Mackerel Wrap with Crispy Salad and a Cold Curry Sauce.

Tortilla Wrap
2 cups of Wholemeal Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
 3/4 cup of water
1 tbsp of lard

Filling
Mackerel (in breadcrumbs)
Shredded carrot
Cucumber
Peppers
Celery

Cold Curry Sauce
1 plum
1 apple
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
150ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
150g natural yoghurt
Salt & pepper

Crispy Salad
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Leeks
Onion
Peppers
Rocket
Wild mushrooms
