Closure of Arrowe Hill Primary School

Under paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 to the Education and Inspections Act 2006, on 15th January 2009 Cabinet approved the proposal to cease to maintain Arrowe Hill Primary School, Glebe Hey Road, Woodchurch, Wirral, CH49 8HE from 31st August 2009.

All staff, and parents of pupils who currently attend Arrowe Hill Primary School, or who would have attended Arrowe Hill Primary School from September 2009 are being contacted in writing about the next steps.

Senior staff from the Children's Services Department will also attend to explain the options and make careful notes of what is said.
