International partnership of several European Ministries of Education developing learning for schools, teachers and pupils across Europe. It is like a National Grid for Learning for Europe. It has several European Internet projects, including MyEurope, which features web-based projects which aim to help teachers raise their pupils’ awareness of what it means to be a young citizen in Europe.

Global Gateway is a major new international website, developed by The British Council on behalf of the DfES, enabling those involved in education across the world to engage in creative partnerships. It is easily accessible in any part of the world. This new “one-stop shop” for International Partnerships includes information on best practice, resources, funding and programmes, International school-partner finding facility, Online curriculum materials, including lesson plans, sections for teachers, school leaders, young people, parents and governors. Live expert advice is also available online.
