Requests

Please use these forms to request loans of resources:
Form SLS1: Requests: Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 project loans, class/author sets and fiction loans
Form SLS2: Requests: Key Stage 2 project loans, class/author sets and fiction loans
Form SLS3: Requests: History and RE Artefacts
Form SLS4: Requests: World Artefacts and Whiteboard Active Form
Form SLS5: Requests : Key Stage 3 project loans, class/author sets and fiction loans

• All these are loans for one term
• Fiction loans can be renewed for the whole school year if required.
• Certain Artefacts and class sets can be in high demand, and will be supplied on a first come first served basis
• All these loans will be delivered to your school in the first two weeks of term if the requests were received before the end of the previous term. However please help us to improve our service to you by submitting your requests by the previous half-term – this gives us time to compile your loans and buy extra if necessary.
• We are happy to receive requests during the term and will supply these if available but we are sorry we will not be able to deliver them to your school.
• You are also most welcome to come and choose your own resources at any time.
