"Playing Cards"

What will this game will achieve?
This will develop your child's confidence in adding and subtracting numbers up to 12.

You will need:

                                                       
How do you play?

• All the cards represent numbers 1-12 (Ace =1, Jack = 11, Queen = 12)
• Take it in turns to roll the dice
• Use the numbers thrown added or subtracted to find a number of an uncovered card.
  - for example, if 6 and 4 are thrown, this can be
  6+4=10 or 6-4 =2
  
• Place a coloured piece of paper on the chosen card
• The winner is the player with the most cards covered
