"Kettles"

What will this game will achieve?
This activity will help your child understand that liquid is measured in litres and millilitres.  It will also make them recognise 1000ml = 1 litre.

You will need:

                   

                                  
How do you play?

• Each player chooses a kettle
• Turn all of the small container cards over, face down
• Each player takes it in turns to turn over a card and place it in their kettle
• The winner is the first person to collect 1 litre (1000 millilitres) in their kettle
